Technically, it has over the last two to three years from it's previous highs, also partially it helped in the lowering of the price back in 2009 and it helps to keep the prices lower than they would be at if we weren't producing as much and importing even more. But, you and everyone needs to realize that they export oil still, natural gas and gasoline, out of what we need, not out of our surplus. That's the reason they have prices higher than they should be. We export over 200,000 bpd of gasoline for instance, but we import over 450,000 bpd, and that jacks the price up and keeps it higher and THEY at the top want more and want us to pay more.
