Saw what you wrote on Tucsonhomes' whiteboard. I've been noticing several obvious instances of erroneous posting/reposting from him/her lately: 3 in the past 2 days only in those stations which I've gone in and verified myself. Sounds like he's going for one of the phone app "awards" - 76 price posts on the board as of right now. I did notify the moderators.
