Welcome to Omaha Gas Prices. Most times in this area Midgrade (E-10) is cheaper than Regular Gas. Usually the lowest price on the sign is for the Midgrade (E-10). There are only a couple of stations that have their Regular lower than Midgrade and those stations have E-10 in all their grades of gas. Thanks for posting prices.

Thanks for posting in Des Moines, but Iowa's a little 'different'.

Regular isn't usually the cheapest gas in Iowa. Something to do with ethanol subsidies. Midgrade (Plus or Super, 89 octane) is usually cheapest, followed by regular (87 octane, which usually doesn't contain ethanol), then premium (91 octane). There are a few stations around here that don't sell regular at all (Murphy USA typically sells midgrade, premium and "premium plus" (93 octane) and the Costco in West Des Moines, despite what the sign in front of the store says, only sells midgrade and premium). Pilot and Flying J also only sell midgrade and premium in Iowa (according to their website).

A BIG CONGRATS on 1,800 consecutive days! Really awesome! Wow, another milestone has arrived! : ) For most GBs (8M plus) they don't seem to have the dedication or the persistence it takes to come back and post gas prices each day for other GBs! Or they just run out of gas! :( Hang onto your speed lines, it only takes one day to lose them! I'm sure you know! But, even clicking on news articles links, which are the easiest points here on GasBuddy, when you can't or didn't post gas prices before midnight will save your consecutive days! : ) WARNING! Every day GBs lose their consecutive days, many with big numbers, the #1 reason, "oops, I just forgot!" :( If you ever lose your consecutive days; that is NO FAULT of your own, please contact the mods! Keep posting each day to save your consecutive days! Keep going like a PRO Twin Cities GasBuddy! Have a nice weekend! Thanks buddy! Ron
